OUR SERVICES

Individual counseling is provided to adults (age 18+) who may be experiencing such issues as anxiety, anger management, codependency, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, or life transitions.

Faith-based couple’s counseling is provided for those considering marriage, recently married, or have been married for several years. Therapy methods are used that prepare the couple for marriage, enrich the relationship, or address dysfunctions within the relationship.

Both virtual (videoconferencing) and face to face sessions are offered. This versatility addresses the preferences of the client as well as adapting to any health concerns and personal schedules.
